KATHERINE / PREGGERS / 24MM

Katherine & I have a been enjoying our lakeside evening walks (when the rain stays away, at least) from our flat to Madrona Park and beyond. Too often I walk without my camera, which while keeping me conversationally focused, has me neglect perfect opportunities to photograph my wife in nature. Katherine's been having random, creepy strangers asking to take photographs of her & the belly (she has politely declined) ... so it's about time that I took advantage of this short-term pregger-window. Here's a few from earlier this week - I'll hopefully continue to take more. While I don't typically use the wide-angle 24mm lens for individual portraits, I felt it appropriate with the baby bump. Perhaps?

I agree - beautiful!

I am such a goober...getting all teary-eyed at my beautiful friend. Gosh. You two are such a blessing. Know that you are thought of often and truly missed by a little girl in Texas.
